Technician arrived timely and was professional and courteous. The pricing was affordable and the lights look great. I will definitely use the company again in the future if I have electrical needs.

Derek and Chase were outstanding! There were a couple of bumps in the road trying to install the lights around the bathroom plumbing. Derek was so knowledgeable he was able to get around the issue pretty quick. I can't say enough about Big Frog Electric, if you haven't used these guys, then you're doing yourself a disservice!

Work was performed well. The deal, however, forgets to mention the $50 charge for having to go get a fan-rated bracket if your current fan is not being held by one. The technician seemed to think it was mentioned, but it wasn't. I understand the additional cost, but this is something that I could have been prepared for, buying a $5 bracket that I could easily return versus paying $50 for it. At the very least they could keep these brackets with them and charge a realistic price if they have to use one, versus having to waste 30 minutes going to Home Depot.

I hired Big Frog after seeing their numerous positive reviews on Angie's list. My interior designer had previously told me to expect to spend about $165 per light. I was initially skeptical when I saw how inexpensive Big Frog seemed to be compared with another estimate I'd received, roughly in line with that of my designer's. After confirming that all hardware and labor was, in fact, included in their price, they installed 4 incandescent lights and a dimmer switch for $450. Owner James also fixed my whole house ventilation fan while in the attic at no extra charge. One of the bulbs James installed burned out after less than an hour of use. When I texted him about it, he assured me it was likely just a bad bulb and offered to send someone the next day (Wednesday) to replace it, but I suggested Thursday would be better. The next day, James forgot what day it was, as we all do at times, and sent someone to my house, but I wasn't at home. After reaching me on my cell, he let me know 3 replacement bulbs had been left for me, and that he'd still send someone Thursday as planned to install one. I told him my husband could probably install it, which he did. Thursday afternoon James followed up with me to ensure I didn't still need them to make the house call, demonstrating excellent customer service.

Amazing. The owner came out and gave us a quote. He was on time, thorough and professional. He was very helpful in providing guidance on how to get what we wanted. I called to schedule the installation appointment and they showed up on time. The installer was also very professional and easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and provided good options. Once they got started, the job was so quick and efficient. They finished in 1/2 the time I thought they would - which is no reflection on the work. The lighting is amazing. And the final price was actually below the estimate. I would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Great. Tim and Robby showed up and completed the job in about two hours. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete it. We are very pleased with the results, and they were very nice to work with. I had three separate electricians come to my house and provide a quote, and Tim was the most knowledgeable and offered the most competitive price for the job. One electrician told me that he would need to put at least 5-6 holes in my ceiling that I would be responsible for patching up: Tim only put one small hole (which I was told about ahead of time) to complete the full job. Very satisfied and will have them back in the future!

The actual service was okay they added the lights but they were different then what I currently have on my home. They also left the area where they worked dirty. I did hire them again after this because I thought the overall service was good enough.

Never called, replied message or showed up!

The work was good and the techs were nice but they drilled a hole through the second story floor. We didn't notice the hole till after the provider left. I am going to contact the provider to repair the damage.

They arrived on time and finished the job in the promised time. They cleaned up afterwards. I was very very impressed with the service and the price. I will use them for all my electrical needs in the future.

It when very well. He was on time. He explained that he need to add a box to hold the fan and that whoever put in the fan before didn't use the right parts. The only thing I would add is the person should have clean their mess prior to leaving. I had to clean up behine him.

I have used them several times now, and it is such a relief to have an electrician to call on when needed!

It worked out real good. The job was done soon after my purchase, I had no problems with scheduling. They were real good. They came when they said they would. They got it finished quickly. It was cleaned up fine. Everything went good.

Where do I even begin. I'm still excited about this experience. It Started with the person on the phone who was so polite, Professional and responsive. We had to reschedule my service once because of An emergency that my technician had but Big Frog Contacted early enough in advance and this was An unavoidable situation so I was perfectly fine with being rescheduled. On the day of my service, the Technician Al called me ahead of time to let Me know he was on his way and he arrived on time. When he arrived he had the most infectious and energetic personalitu Which my kids loved and it made The experience a family affair. The first thing he did was inform me of what my options were and educated me on the best and all solutions so that I could make the best decision about then placement and # of Lights. I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. Throughout the entire job he was professional and energetic and I could tell that he loved his Job and the company. He walked me though the entire process and explained everything and even made recommendations about some other lighting issues I had that were not part of the original work and I plan to add those Projects in the future. I am beyond satisfied with this company and Al. I will 200% be using this company again in the future. I can't imagine Working with anyone else. Thanks Al and Big Frog!

They were great. They came right in, right out, put them in. That was a great experience, absolutely painless and quick. The cost of the big deal was 150 dollars and that covered the service. The service was a week after the big deal purchase. I had company coming for thanks giving and that was done well before that. I don't remember them showing up late. I would absolutely use them again in the future. You can hardly tell they were there, they did a great job.

I was so impressed by Big Frog Electric. I give them an A ++++! Alan and Seth were fast, professional and informative. We had such a good time talking while they worked, that I thought I had a couple of friends over. The recessed lighting has completely transformed my kitchen! I love it!!!!! I've recommended this company to everyone I know and plan on using them in the future.

Canoe out on time. Had job completed and power back on in 4 hours. My house was built in1979, and this replacement leaned up a wiring mess and oversized circuits Tim was very professional and knew his stuff. They had the best price I have seen so far for electrical panel replacement on Angie's List.
