Great service, very professional. Highly recommend

The electricians, Robbie and Doug, arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. The fluorescent ceiling fixture is in a 2nd floor closet and large -- 4 ft long with 3 bulbs. Using a tall ladder, they removed the old one, checked the house wiring in the bracket, installed the new fixture, and tested it carefully. I wanted to save the old one for "parts" and so they carried it to my garage. Robbie even showed me how to change a bulb in garage door opener while we were there. I am very pleased with everything about this service call and will definitely call Big Frog again. Robbie and Doug are skilled and friendly.

Service provider showed on time. Techs clean and well mannered. Had all tools necessary to perform job. Knowledgeable and communicative on situations. Fast service. Highly recommended.

They have been A+++. They did exceptional. They came out twice since I love them so much. It was a small space. So I had them do one installation and then call them back and do the other section. I would tell a friend that they are punctual. They called me when there on there way. A + service.

It went fine. I had to get a $15 refund from them. The workers were fine. They were here when they said they were going to be.

I thought they were very polite and helpful, but their pricing was outrageous given the fact that they did not even replace the unit they simply adjusted my existing outlet to get it working properly. Additionally I asked him for an itemized bill for the work that I was never granted and called them back multiple times attempting to obtain the receipt.

Excellent job. I've worked with subs for nearly 2 decades having owned 12 rent houses and 3 primary residences that required work. Allen, the electrician assigned to our job, is really good. He's friendly, knowledgeable, communicates and only does A+ work. He's the sub that you want to hire; the guy who takes pride in his work and does the job with the best of attitude. Also, worthy of mentioning, is Rachel, the person who answers the phone and schedules the jobs. She tries hard to accommodate her customer's scheduling needs and again, does so with a really good attitude. I received call backs from Rachel and Allen called 30 minutes from arrival in the morning that the job was scheduled. I'll hire Big Frog for all of my electrical needs.

Alan was prompt, called me beforehand, he was on time and kept everything very clean. Very quick worker and except for one minor error all work was exemplary.

Google customer service, I bet Big Frog Electric will be the first on the list. Will I use them again? YES!! Next week, to be exact. If you can get the Super Hero Robert and his side Kick on the job, don't worry, the job will be conquered. Get these guys on the cover of a Wheaties box IMMEDIATELY!!!

Service was fast, friendly and most important professional. I would recommend them to any and everyone in the future and I plan to use them again in the near future.

Everyone from the office staff to the electricians were very accommodating with my work schedule. they did an excellent job with everything. The only disappointment was the bathroom ceiling fans. the old fans were builder grade and one of them obviously had the motor &/or bearings going bad. I decided to go ahead and upgrade both bathroom fans even though the 2nd fan was working fine. I purchased the new fans myself and had them here when the guys came. Unfortunately I was told that due to the size of the new fans they would need to get up into the attic to install them. Attic access in my house is through a tiny cutout in the ceiling of a crowded linen closet so that was not really an option. I was told the only option without going through the attic would be more cheap builder grade fans. The electrician (I can't remember his name) drove with me to Home Depot to help me make the purchase which I appreciated. The fans are cheap $14 fans that don't fit in the ceiling space very well. I was not thinking or I would not have replaced the working fan with another cheap ill fitting fan, but that's my fault. One fan is already making lots of noise, certainly no fault of the electrician but I cannot afford to have a special visit to replace it at this point so I'll live with it. Bottom line, yes I would recommend Big Frog. They were very conscientious about explaining and pricing everything as well as courteous, prompt and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy. My only disappointment was the ceiling fans. They are not what I had hoped to install qualitywise and the fit was very poor.

The technician that came out what great! He talked through the best placement for the lights with me, as well as inquired about plumbing to ensure that there wouldn't be any issues before installation. He worked quickly and did a pretty good job cleaning up all the drywall dust. I only wish I could remember his name to make sure that I could request him again in the future.

The entire process from the original payment to the scheduling and the contact prior to install was handled very professionally. I was notified the evening prior to the installation by the company that the installer would arrive between 8-10 am and would give me a call 30 minutes prior to arrived. Tyler Beck was the installer and called me around 7:30 to tell me he would be there in thirty minutes. He arrived exactly as scheduled and immediately went to work on the install preparation. After removing the existing fans he realized that the down rods for the new fans were too short and would not work. This is where the really great customer service started. Most companies would have asked me to go buy the parts and they would reschedule the install in a week or two. Tyler on the other hand initially told me what was needed including where to find it and indicated he would be back to finish the job later in the day. He then contacted his boss as I am sure he had a busy schedule and the boss put the customer first in a way that I had not expected. He instructed Tyler to drive to Home Depot about seven miles away, purchase the needed parts, and finish the install. He then took his time to go to Home Depot and was back in less than an hour to finish the job. Big Frog is a great example of what customer service should be about. They took the time to get the job done and the extra time to get the needed parts. They even stuck with their original install price plus the actual costs of the parts with no additional charges. I would recommend Big Frog Electric for any jobs requiring their electrical skills and will definitely hire them again. I will also specifically ask for Tyler Beck as he was professional, timely and skilled in doing the work.

The experience was amazing! The electrician that BFE sent out was Alan, and all I have to say is that he is a pretty rad individual. He made what we all through was going to a train-wreck into an awesome time (#stupidphysics). He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and just an all around cool guy. I'll definitely call on BFE for all of my electrical service and installation needs.

I liked how these guys work. Scheduling the appointment was no problem. Alan and his helper worked on this project. He took time to understand what I am trying to achieve and made useful recommendations about location of the lights. I wanted them to use the cans that came as a part of the Angies List deal but for the lights I wanted to use LED lights I bought myself, this was not a problem either. I explained Alan that I wanted to add a 3-way switch and a dimmer to the set up and together we thought through different scenarios how to best do it. This took the helper a couple of trips to the store to find the dimmer design and color that I wanted. In the end everything worked and looked exactly how I wanted. I had to pay for the work that was not part of the Angies List deal, the extra charge was not insignificant but reasonable. Alan is a nice and personable guy to work with.

Excellent. There were 2 polite,efficient,knowledgable,young men. They were on time and finished the job in a little over an hour. I recommend to anyone.

Simply outstanding. James was honest, responsive, and did great work. Answered all my questions patiently and made sure we were both clear on what I wanted done. I will be hiring James again.

They hung a chandelier in the master bedroom, A ceiling fixture in the master closet, and bar lighting in the master bathroom above the mirror. They efficiently installed the three fixtures. We are very happy with their work, plus our fixtures look lovely Sharon and Mark Edwards

Did a good job with installing the fan, but before I requested service, I asked if they could also install the vent to the outside (note that I was having a fan installed, not replaced). The guy told me sure...that would not be a problem. When the guy came to install the fan, guess what...installing a vent to the outsied was a problem. So now I have a fan, with no vent to the outside. I can't use the fan until I have someone else come out to install a vent (unless I want all the moisture from the shower blowing into my attic).

It went well! Tyler and Chance worked well together and did a great job.

Went great. Really great people to work with, will be using them for all my electrical needs. Very punctual, easy to talk to, and seem really honest and professional. Generally, was a perfect experience. Price is maybe 5-10% higher than competition, but I believe its completely worth it for what you get. I've worked with electricians before (in another state however, as I just moved here) that were much much worse! Big Frog was great. Took less than 4 hours on their part, which is really fast for the service. It probably would have been done sooner if not for a hiccup on Georgia Power side (they turned off power in the middle of the job). Do yourself a favor and don't skimp on electric work, specifically when its still this reasonable priced.

First of all, as a small business owner I do not like giving other small businesses bad reviews. Unfortunately, this was too much to just let go. I spoke to Rachel and booked and appointment for the following day. She gave me a large time window for the technician to show up (12 - 4pm), which was fine by me since I'd be there anyway. When it was 3:20 pm, I called Rachel again just to make sure the technician was coming. She was nice enough on the phone, and said that I was on the schedule and that someone should be there by 4pm. However, she was going to check and make sure that someone was headed my way and call me back. She never called back and I waited until 4:20 and no one ever showed.
