Contact from the company was prompt. The electrician called before the appointment, arrived within the scheduled time, and did a great job of removing the old fans and installing the new ones. He was professional and friendly. I will definitely use this provider in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Big Frog Electric from the moment I called them. They answered promptly, provided great customer service, set up a convenient appointment and honored the price I had from Angie's List. The service technician, Seth, was AWESOME. He was punctual, polite, friendly and didn't bat an eye at having to unbox the lights and put them together. He even went out of his way to attach one of the already installed mounts to a joist - thank goodness he was thorough! Thanks to Seth - it was a great experience and I would happily call them for any future needs.

I called and was able to schedule them within the same week. They took out three existing light fixtures and installed three new ones. One of them was up high in the entry-way. They had to use their 14 foot ladder to get it up, but that worked out fine! Great job overall!

WOW...My guys were great. They were very professional and very knowledgeable and we ran into a few issues and they quickly corrected the problems. One ceiling fan was hung without a fan box and so they added a fan box and connected it to a universal remote. Then I had a 15 feet plus ceiling and they removed that ceiling fan and then realized that the down rod was the wrong size so they put the new fan together and will return with a few days when the correct down rod arrives and install that fan. I have about 6 more fans that I will be changing out and I am going to request these two guys because they were awesome. Thanks for hiring such professional and great guys.

Prompt, courteous service accomplished in a timely fashion. The old fans were filthy when they were pulled down, but no complaints from the man doing the work. Due to the shoddy way my ceiling fans were hung I asked for brackets for extra support and they came through for us. I've had a fan come down before and have faith with this work that they won't be. Great work. Will be using them again.

Excellent service, highly professional. Removed the existing track lighting from side wall and ran new electrical service up into the attic using the existing switch - installed new hanging light fixture in dining room where none existed prior. They were punctual, and did an excellent job - highly recommended.

Three technicians showed up and all were very professional, personable, and capable. They knew what they were doing and did a superior job. We will use them again for a couple other projects.

It was alright. There was something else I wanted them to do but they weren't too eager to do it so they didn't do it. They did what they said they're going to do. They were average. They came when they said they're coming. I wanted them to put in a line for me and they said they didn't bring their equipment.

My apology; that I had sent this review! The brevity of this review does not minimize the excellence of the company's and the employee's performance. They were excellent: they arrived on time, checked the breaker box to make sure electrical AMs were in order (I thought this was WOW!, professional) installed the fans I purchased a Home Depot, checked made sure the fans were operating correctly and were finished! Very Good!

I used this company to mount my TV, and they did an excellent job!!! This time was a total disaster! They NEVER came out to do the job, nor would they respond to my calls or messages...FRUSTRATING...

Everything went very smooth; a gentleman came, installed a TV mount, and for a small additional fee, he even hid all the wires! Looks perfect!

This was originally a service for ceiling fan installation. It was not used. I called back over a year later for the paid value to be used on another service. They were great about it! They did not try to oversell the repair. They were fast and professional.

This was work done on one of my rental properties. I really appreciated the detailed report they gave me on what they found and what they did. I feel confident in them and the work they performed. I won't hesitate to use them again for my electrical needs.

This guy is truly amazing! We just moved into this condo and were told that because it had popcorn ceilings and had a unit above it, it would be difficult to add new fan/lights in any ceiling without making a bunch of holes. There was no access above the ceiling on a second floor. Another contractor had estimated he would have to make 5 or 6 holes in the ceiling for each fixture. We knew we would have to hire someone to patch the popcorn ceiling and that even a professional would not be able to make it look perfect. Allan approached it an a very methodical way, first figuring out which way the ceiling beams were situated and going out and buying a long tool to thread the wire across inside the ceiling. He took it as a personal challenge to get all three fixtures in without ANY holes other than where the fixtures went, and he did it. He fished the wire through the ceiling from one room to another which was not an easy task. He is creative and persistent and there were no holes at all to patch! Consummate professional! Boss, give this guy a raise... everything looked great and we saved a lot of money and aggravation not having to patch the (miserable) popcorn ceiling.

Fast response, good service, fair price

Robbie was great: punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He pointed out that the reason one of my existing fans warbled was because they were installed with a light box meant for a light fixture, so it couldnt really support the weight of a ceiling fan. I appreciated his explanation and for showing me the material difference between the light box I had versus the one needed for a ceiling fan. Needless to say, I had two light boxes replaced as well.

Talked to the contractor by phone for a commercial project for installation of track lighting on 12-08-15 and told them when it needed to be completed by. He said no problem and would send us a quote. I sent him more details of the job on 12-09-15 and he finally responded after us calling him a couple of times on 12-21-15 that he could not do the job. Two weeks to tell someone they cannot do the job is very unprofessional. They should have been able to tell us that on the day we spoke with them, or the next day when we sent him additional information he requested.
