Description of Work: The electrician arrived just as promised and completed the installation of the exterior outlet efficiently. He called before arriving to let me know he was on the way and when he arrived he had already done a Google search of my home to determine the best color to use for the receptacle!! Very impressive. He was obviously knowledgeable and did the work quickly but carefully with zero mess. He was also very polite and a delight to work with.

Description of Work: We had two ceiling fans installed. The electrician called ahead the morning of his visit. He arrived on time, was very professional and polite. He did a super job, even replacing a wall switch to one of the fans at no additional charge, was very tidy and even carried our old fans out to the curb. We were more than satisfied and would not hesitate to use Big Frog Electric again.

Description of Work: Not sure of the date work was done. had 2 light fixtures put in so additional supplies were needed, thus $199.00 rather than $99.00.

I liked that when they got there, they realized I needed an extra part, and they were willing to get for me. They arrived on time for the appointment and they were professional.

Description of Work: I had the Company do a whole house inspection through an Angie's list coupon. The Electrician immediately recommend that I needed to replace the main Electrical panel which made no sense to me. He did discover two outlets that were not grounded properly. I elected to have a second Electrician come in who saw no problems with the panel, made the outlet repairs and even suggested that I ground the outdoor electrical box. Would not recommend.

Description of Work: They provided a mount and hung a television in the master bath. They knew what they were doing, although it was not an easy job since cable wasn't readily accessable. Anyhow, they came within the 2 hour window and were always very responsive when we were setting up the appointment time. I would use them again. They were candid, personable and trustworthy.

Description of Work: Big Frog Electric responded promptly in setting an appointment. The Service Representative was very professional and explained fully what would have to be done to provide the service listed in the Big Deal. The additional work and resulting cost increased by 500%. At the moment, this is not in our budget. However, I would consider Big Frog Electric if needed for future electrical service.

Description of Work: I recently called Big Frog to have someone come out to give an estimate and possibly complete some work. On the phone we made an appointment for 11am Thursday afternoon. Of course, 11am came and went and when I called about 11:45 I had to leave a voicemail. My call was returned and they explained that they had been delayed at another job but the appointment was supposed to be between 11am and 1pm. The 2 hour window was news to me but given they said they were 45 minutes away I said fine and that I would see them soon, around approximately 12:45. Of course, no one ever showed up and I had spent a good portion of my afternoon off of work sitting at home waiting. I called again to explain I would need to cancel the appointment as I had somewhere to be soon. The person I spoke with was surprised that the technician had not arrived yet. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Description of Work: Big Frog Electric installed six recessed lights and a dimmer switch in my kitchen. They showed up on time, installed the lights with switch and cleaned up. They did an excellent job. The work was neatly done with no hassle. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: Big Frog changed out and replaced my electric panel in the basement. Tim was able to complete the entire job in about 4 1/2 hours. He was very professional and did a great job. I will call these guys back for sure when I need future work done.
