All Pro Garage Doors

Stood me up. Took morning off work for an appointment we had scheduled for a week, and waited an hour after the appointment time at my home. I called, and was told they neglected to schedule my appointment in their system. My morning was totally wasted! Sounded good initially, but there is no excuse for this.

It was very good. They came promptly. It was one person that came and he was very professional.

He left all the trash in the garage. There were pieces of the old garage door and the railings and the panels. I had to clean it up. I would rate them overall a B. He was a little bit higher than some of the others and he was also about an hour late in getting to my place. I will not be using him again.

As a former homebuilder, I have dealt with several overhead door contractors and have overseen the intallation, adjustment, and repair of hundreds of overhead doors. But I no longer had any contacts in that industry, and, when one of the springs on a twelve year old 18-foot door broke, I needed a fast response and repair. After talking to David on the phone I could tell that he was experienced and knowledgeable, and he gave me a very fair over-the-phone estimate range for replacing both springs. I had called in the late afternoon, and he gave me an appointment for noon to 2 the following day. Shortly after we talked, he called back and said he'd had a cancellation and offered to come by that same evening, but I wasn't able to be at home so we kept the original appointment. The next day, he called me exactly at noon and told me he'd arrive in 20 minutes, which he did. He went to work immediately, and I could see that he knew exactly what he was doing. He installed the springs, lubricated the door, and totally cleaned up. In addition, I had another 18-foot door that was acting up a bit, and he fixed that problem, at no charge to me, by simply lubricating the springs. He settled on a final price which was in the mid-range of the estimate he had given, and I consider that price to be very fair. I was impressed enough with his service to ask him to bid on replacing two older 8-foot overhead doors on a different garage, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable price for that work. I expect to have him back to do that replacement sometime this summer. I will use him again, and I have no hesitation at all to recommend him for overhead door services.
