All went well. Accommodated my schedule, arrived on time, worked consistently, and left everything clean and neat.

It was a custom high lift garage door and they installed it perfectly.

Honestly, I don't know if I could have asked for more. The rotten sections of my wooden door were replaced with matching sections. No pressure to replace my whole door, only the sections in need to replacing were replaced. And no pressure to go with a steel door I didn't want! Also the install was tricky & done well! My garage floor isn't level & the door were cut to match very well. Hopefully I don't need them again but I would use them again if I did.

I called in the morning and Cody, the technician was at my door within an hour. He quickly changed out both springs. Then he tightened all of the lag bolts, lubricated the rollers and walked me through routine maintenance (all free of charge and without me asking).
