"I contacted Thomas Built to see if they could construct a fireplace mantle and surround for us. Terry came out did some measuring and gave us a quote. We worked on fine tuning things and waited until they had a break in their major projects. Terry returned for final measurements after we had granite tiles laid. The fireplace was built and delivered within three days. My husband stained it and installed it to save on the cost. Couldn't be happier with the final project. It does take some flexibility to work with Thomas Built when a project is this small, but it's well worth it."

It was his easy demeanor, communication skills, and his openness and willingness to answer any and all questions. Also, for his Angi list reviews, the material samples presented and their quality, and his confidence to totally hide an exposed beam where others could not. This made for a smooth, and consistent looking deck ceiling. It was also where he fell in line regarding pricing.
