For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Therefore making it a FREE estimate. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest. "We were told to install an electrical outlet prior to their work being done in order for them to install a sump pump. They did not tell us they did not connect the sump pump to the electricity. We found out the sump pump was not connected when our basement flooded —- worse than it ever has before. Don’t know if it was the work done around the home that made it worse than ever before but a large section of our basement floors are ruined. My husband subsequently installed French drains all around the house and our property has never flooded again."
