Rooter Express Plumbing & Drain

As a manager and mainttence for 700 Gloucester St Brunswick, GA, I have to schedule work and inspections with multiple Companies. By far Rooter Express has acted professional while on the job. They got back to me and helpes me make an inspection deadline. The two guys that I met this morning were great! They had great attitudes and did am excellent job! They reaoinded quickly and saved us from.missing our deadline. By far the best service we've had! They now are in my contacts and will now be my first call if needed! Thanks guys! i have used rooter express approx 4 times thus far and they have far exceeded my expectations each time. i firstly had a hot water heater burst,was fixed same day and not unreasonable. i was given instructions on its use and how to change the thermostat if need be....then my entire sewer drain backed up(yuk) and i called them again, this time i purchased a contract with them for future discounted services (my house is old and so is the plumbing) all was painstakingly fixed,and the serviceman even saved me some money! he had his work cut out for him that day! i used them twice more for two separate outdoor leaks, which caused my water bill to go up (which is the only way i knew about them) both times were lengthy,but cost effective because the serviceman explained two different ways of fixing the issue and the cost difference. today i called them again to fix my kitchen sink and my shower knobs,which are stripped...they always evaluate the issue and give a quote, and as has happened once before, even if the work exceeds the quote, they stick to the quoted price! as a newly divorced female, i am well pleased with their work each time as well as their professionalism and the fact that they take time to explain, which-as i've now learned- doesn't often happen to single women! i just wish they did other types of home repair...i'd have lots more work for them!

well, i truly had a disaster. Master Plumber Larry Brewer reviewed all that seemed to be going on and gave me an up front price,which i signed off on before he began his work. he had a tough job....really....turned out to be more disastrous than previously assumed! there was one thing he did not expect to have to repair, and discussed the price with me and whether or not i wanted service performed before he did it. i appreciate that....a LOT! everything went well and i will use them again next disaster! *****update, did indeed have to use them again in a short amt of time, very professional,same quality work. will use in future***** **Update:well, here i am again. i had a 101.00 water bill.usually hovers around 34.00,needless to say i was shocked. the dispatcher was friendly as usual and asked proper questions about possible leaks.she will send a plumber out asap, who will call enroute.i have had service above and beyond from this company and will continue to use them every disaster!**

Our washing machine would not drain properly. The water was coming back out of the drain pipe. Rooter Express snaked the drainpipe and cleared it out. It runs better than ever now! Their receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who came to clear the drain explained everything he was going to do and what other course of action might be needed. Really appreciated their honesty, level of professionalism, and great work!

Master Plumber Ronald Z. came out and was great. He has a good personality, and explained everything. He had no problem answering all of my questions as well as letting me watch and learn. He was curtious, professional, and clean.

They are prompt and do the work. They are very courteous.

The company responded in a reasonable amount of time. It was necessary to remove the cover from the septic tank and snake the drain system from the septic bank backward into the piping system of the home. Prior to beginning the work I was given a price to which I agreed. The work required about 30 minutes and was fully successful. My wife and I are senior citizens on fixed pensions with little to spare; so, I later experienced buyer's remorse at having accepted such a high price and wished I had shopped around a bit more. If you want prompt successful service, this company can provide it but be prepared to pay dearly.

Arrived nto fix leaky stop valve. Inspect the balance of stop valves in the house. Found a kitchen pipe that had leaked. Replaced all stop valves in the master bath. Will return to repalced the balance of stop valves and fix leaky pipe.

They were responsive and came out the next morning to do the work. It only took them 2-1/2 hours to do the job; they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. This was for a rental unit and by the time the guests checked in they had hot water. I will use them again in the future.

I'd had an ongoing problem with drain lines stopping up. I'd been waiting to fix it until I had some extra cash, so the plumbing hadn't been used in months. I was down to using the master bath for all running water needs. The guest bath and kitchen sink weren't draining. In fact, the kitchen sink backed up into the guest bathtub when it was drained. I'd only owned the house less than three years and had no idea how the drain lines ran. I just assumed everything ran into a common drain and emptied into the septic tank. I'd used Rooter Express in the past and had always been happy with them, so when I had a little extra money, I called them. I told them it was not a rush, as I'd already waited several months, but they were there later the same day. One guy crawled under the house to check the situation with the drain lines. Then they flushed the lines with a high pressure hose through the roof vent over the bath (the method I chose after they told me my options and costs). When the water still wouldn't drain, they followed the path of a line that curiously had disappeared underground, which one of them had noticed while under the house. As it turns out, the kitchen sink, dishwasher (which I didn't dare even try after the other stuff started backing up) and the tub in the guest bath were all tied to a separate drain, which ran out the back of the house underground to a ditch at the back of the property. This is the line that was stopped up. As it was late in the day, we scheduled them to come back on Monday to tie the line into the main drain. They drilled a hole in the line right behind the house so I could use the sink through the weekend. I paid them for the work they'd already done and they gave me an estimate for the work to be done on Monday. A different guy came out on Monday and tied the line into the main drain. I also had him check and unclog a sink drain in the master bath. The final cost was right on the estimate (plus the cost to unstop the extra sink). The amount I listed included both trips and all work performed. All the techs were professional, courteous and capable. I'm very happy with this company and have never had a bad experience with them. I've used them several times, both for drain problems and plumbing leaks. I find their prices reasonable and they make every effort to satisfy the customer. They keep you updated on what they encounter and different options and costs for dealing with what they find. They are prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or drain contractors. I'm also EXTREMELY pleased to have all my drains working properly again. It's been a month and no further problems have surfaced. They get the job done!
