1. Home need major renovations due to poor construction in the beginning 2005 2. Internal plumbing and exterior lighting and interior electrical was build very inexpensively in 2005 3. Pete Robison, owner of Rand R Construction recommended ways forward, suggested cost effective but quality driven solutions 4. Pete has been in business for over 30 years up north and has moved his operaton south to Brunswick area 5. His expertise and artistic skill are second to none in this area 6. We have lived here and came from the DC area to find builders landscapers and others that we have since fired and move away because they overcharged and thought we knew nothing about homes coming from the north. 7. Pete has built several homes in the area and his prices are very reasonalble, the work is done on time and within budget 8 He is a great communicator and will ensure every detail is taken care of on the job and will inform the owner of all the detail of the job from what to expect to what has been done and what will be done.
