Orkin Pest Control

The original tech said someone would call and set up an appointment for a certain time and date. Did not call until that day but I hate a previous engagement. Just this week they called and we set up for them to come out, and the morning they were due to come, they called and asked if they could come Monday instead. There has been a few changed or cancelled appointments or just showing up when they gave me a day but not a time.

When I found out we had our little guests I panicked, I don't do bugs well. I set out calling every pest control service in the phone book. (this was a Saturday) Orkin was the only ones that answered. The lady on the phone was so sweet. She knew what questions to ask and was very patient with me even though I cried through most of our conversation. She set up an appointment for someone to come out first thing Monday morning and told me not to worry that they would take care of everything. When he showed up Monday he was right on time, very professional, and very understanding. This was a few months ago and our home is now completely bug free and I am one happy camper. The cost isn't bad and absolutely worth every penny.

We had a problem that arose with some roaches and used another company for treatment, which they were not able to treat the problem. Then we switched to Orkin Pest Control, who was able to remove the roach problem and haven't seen any bugs since.

I do not deal with them, my parents deal with them. My experience with them is good. More than likely, I would continue to utilize them.
