+ 0 moreNo issues. The old house was torn down, rubbish removed and the land was cleared for construction. A one acre pond was also dug on the property and has nice, clear, clean water. Neal also was extremely helpful in providing contact information on other reliable service providers for what he didn't do. Would definitely recommend Neal and use him again if the need presents itself.
