I did not like them. He charged me $1000 to put in 6 canned lights. He was clean, quick and was a very pleasant guy. He also had good workmanship. I did had an issue with not being able to see due to the lights being so dull. I called him and asked him to bring out brighter lights for me and he told me that I should just go to Home Depot to just get some new ones and buy them myself. He also left holes in my ceiling too and I had to get a handyman to come fix that. I would not recommend Mr. Electric of Tampa Bay due to him leaving holes in my ceiling and then telling me to find someone to fix the holes and also told me to get new lights from Home Depot. I also asked him to give me a receipt for the lights so I can write them off on my taxes. He told me to contact his secretary; which I did and she said she would send it over; and she never did.

They did some work for us in the condos. My wife is head of the condo association. We have 12 units and he has done work in them. They have a secretary who is very nice and takes care of the scheduling and things. They have been doing a good jobs for us; like flood lights and sensors. They do some new installations here and there, but nothing major. They do the small jobs for us, but they do what we need them to do.

They did so some work for us. We were happy with the work that they did. We were having some troubles with our switches; I believe they replaced a light by the pool due to it needing to be re-wired. They recommenced to us that we juse change the light and they had some fixtures that we could choose from. One technician came out, he showed up on time and was able to fix the problem.

It went well. It needed a minor adjustment and the technician came out the next day to do the adjustment. Have had no problems since. Nice technician. On time and courteous.

Stay away from this company. Mr. Electric came out and fixed the issue. However only 2 years later the pole fell down again, this time not due to storm damage. When I called Mr. Electric I spoke with Eric who said the pole shouldn’t have fallen within two years so they should fix it for free. The Mr. Electric serviceman then came out and said he would have to charge me around $1,400 to again fix the pole. I told him to leave because I wasn’t going to pay them again. After this meeting, I had multiple other specialists come out to inspect the downed pole. Each specialist said the work performed by Mr. Electric two years ago was terrible. The support brackets were not installed properly and the wiring was too tight. When I called Eric back with these comments he tried to blame the issue on many reasons such as trees causing the pole to fall this time. Eric again offered to fix the issue for $1,400 and I again declined. At the end of the day, I’m just disgusted with Mr. Electric. One of the other specialist I spoke with said he would've only charged about $500 to fix the issue two years ago. I had this same specialist go ahead and repair the issue this time for a couple hundred dollars, not $1,400.

The cost was very reasonable. The technician came out to repair one specific area and in doing so he found a fire hazard that was created by another electrician. That was an excellent thing that the technician did.

They did an excellent job and I haven't had any problems since. The person that came out was prompt, efficient, professional, and he did what he was suppose to do and plus a little bit more.
