Description of Work: I had contacted this company to come clean our carpet, as it was a wreck from our dog coming in and out from out. The carpet looked great as soon as they were finished, however some time later I could see spots that were showing through, and there was an odor that was not present before the cleaning. |The odor kept getting stronger and really was quite unpleasant. My husband called the company back to ask them to come back and fix the unpleasant smell. They did, and quite quickly. The smell was completely gone and I did not see any of the spots this time.

That is quite a job considering they are 10 years old! I could not be happier and would recomend them to anyone looking for great service!! Thanks James!
