Description of Work: I purchased an annual service contract with them for our home and for several rental properties. I was happy with the proactive service that was done before the Summer began. I have made several calls since for units not working. Their response time was within a few hours. They fixed the problem and charged very reasonable rates.

Description of Work: Install new heat exchange unit and air conditioner.

Description of Work: Fixed recurring problem with no charge.

Description of Work: Timely service. Explained all that was done and why. Cleaned both coils and added refrigerant.

Description of Work: I called heating and air the night before the service and left a message. I called again the morning of the service and scheduled an appt. They were running late when I called again to make sure they were still coming. The man that did the repair was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly to resolve the problem. I was relieved to know that the part was still under warranty. I have used this company in the past and will use them again.

Description of Work: Checked out my HVAC Air Conditioning System. Corrected items working under sub par conditions. Changed a capacitor. Made sure my coils were clean. Made sure my air filter was changed. Checked my air conditoner pressures and temperatures to factory specifications. Cleaned my condensate drain.

Description of Work: Installed new 4 ton Trane system,including air handler.

Description of Work: New capacitor and two pounds of charge.It went very well.
