Description of Work: We called them for an estimate to do a major interior project . They were $2000. Over the 2 other contractors giving us bids. Since I have used Derrik for a total bathroom remodel before, which we loved, asked him to just pressure wash the house and install a new front entry door and we had another contractor do the inside work. Work was great, house exterior clean and the door look great. UNTIL it rained. Water came in under that door on my new hardwoods. Called Derrick, said the stucco under ther door was weak. Had two fixes. Quick fix came quick. As of the date, he has not responded to the correct fix. Question here is why they never mentioned this problem when they installed the door and corrected the stucco problem then. So very disappointed!

Description of Work: He came to see what needed to be done, said he'd get back to us with a price and we've never heard from him. We called to find out why he had not responded and were told he was still working on the price and would get back to us, We still have not heard from him. It's been well over a month since we initially asked for an estimate. If he works at that pace, I'm glad we did not hear from him.

Description of Work: Replaced roof, installed ridge vents, as well as solar roof vent. Derrick and crew do a fantastic job.

Description of Work: Lack of response to phone calls and couldn't remember the date of service I wanted. I was refused because of the day of the week and it wasn't the correct date. In their defense though, we were conversing from out of state.

Description of Work: There was some water leaking into an gable tie in on the roof. Water was rotting the plywood below the shingles. They were able to repair and replace the damaged area. Very pleased with their work. We will use them again.
