Express brought a crew of 6 that built and installed our screen room in two days. The 6 local contractors that I contacted to build a wooden structure either were unresponsive or turned down the project outright. Of the three metal frame contractors Express was the most competitive. The structure is strong and attractive. When a small leak developed they were prompt in the response and repair. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a screened patio enclosure built from the ground up by EXPRESS SUNROOMS. THE ROOF HAS BEEN LEAKING SINCE INSTALLATION AND NOW HAS DAMAGED MY HOME. This job will be subcontracted by Clay Wilson to other Joe Shmoe people he can find, probably not even licensed. His pictures on his website are false advertisements(not actual work constructed by him or his LLC; from Better homes and Gardens probably) but I can assure you the work in the pictures will not be THE RESULT of your home.

Clay Wilson (Owner & Operator) met with us first to help us decide exactly what type of window coverings to use and was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with us during the process. When he installed our blinds today he had custom fitted 18 windows of various sizes and installed all of them within approximately 3.25 hours. We would definitely use him again and refer others to him.
