Great sales pitch, will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. Told me there was a lifetime structural warranty, that turned into 2 years but I was to "we are always in the neighborhood, people that have been here 10 years have called and we will ride over and fix the problem. Office staff is extremely rude. Women in office have absolutely no common sense and will tell you that you are wrong about legitimate problems, concerns, or anything else. The irrigation system is through them. They fudge the numbers often on water usage. Driggers owns over 50% of the neighborhood, so they are the HOA. Residents and homeowners receive no explanation as to where the highly priced homeowners fees go. They refuse to fix faulty equipment in the neighborhood that puts residents and especially children in danger. I offered to pay for the $100 repair myself and was told no. They refuse to change the code on the pool gate although all of Brunswick knows the code and uses the pool. I was told by the office staff that it is my responsibility to question others who don't live there and then call police. The reason for not changing the code was that no one would know the code. I suggested mailing a letter. They said they couldn't afford postage. I said I would pay the postage (less than $50) or even go door to door and deliver it and was told no.
