Description of Work: Confirmed garbage disposal failure. Replaced with new unit. A little pricey, but new unit is stainless steel and supposedly will not rust. Courteous, timely service. Clean-up excellent!

Description of Work: Opened a badly clogged drain (required dismantling a multiple drain system)and replaced a tub drain. | |They quickly returned my call a came within the hour. Extremely polite and professional. They had all the proper equipment available and worked as efficiently and cleanly as a plumber could possibly work. I do not "praise lightly" but they did a fine job. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Called because of plumbing problem, the owner spent more time telling me what he was not going to do than what he could do. The next week he called to finish the work and again let me know what parts of the job that he was not going to do. As a business owner for 17 years I have never talked to a client the way I was talked to...PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY...USE AN OUTHOUSE RATHER THAN THIS COMPANY.

 + -1 moreDuring the night water leaked onto my carpet, I called Cross plumbing to see what the problem was. They came very promptly and recognized the water heater had burst. He installed a new oe that day! He also installed a diverter in the spout in tub, as I requested. He was polite and professional. He advised me who to call to dry out the carpet and hallway floor, and to call my insurance. The technician that came was Matt.
