They were real good. They were great. I loved them. They did a great job. They were very punctual. They were there exactly when they said they would be there. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got it solved. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Glass stove top broke. I was unable to get it replaced through Coastal. I got a different story every time I called, the most popular "he's on vacation." You would think a company that uses the motto "we service what we sell" would make allowances for employee vacations. The paperwork that they started showed they were going to charge me over $900 (not including installation) for the new stove top. I finally gave up on Coastal and ordered the stove top directly from the manufacturer. The cost was around $500 and this was retail to the public. I had it installed by an appliance service company for around $100. Coastal.'s ineptitude save me some money and I learned they were planning to gouge me. Not very nice people.

Sales person seemed inexperienced, but sincere. Price was good, delivery and pick-up as promised. The only negative is that the fridge was sold as and quot;stainless steeland quot;, but when we compared the finish with our other SS appliances, we realized that it is not SS. As further proof, magnets will stick to the new fridge, but not the real SS finishes on our microwave and dishwasher - magnets are not attracted to stainless steel.

They were very courtesy and professional on the phone. They showed up on time and followed up with us as well.

They will remove your appliance at no charge. They are not the cheapest, but they have a great attitude. They have a hometown feel when shopping at their facility. They give you one on one response to your needs.

Wonderful company- our Dishwasher died 3 days before Christmas (and arriving family) - we bought a new appliance from them- and the sales person was VERY helpful - honestly answering our questions and offering sincere advice about what we might need or not need... The new washer was delivered and installed the next day - and old dishwasher carted off. In June I called re not cleaning as well - they ask for specific details - and explained that dishwasher soaps have changed - I was describing a problem typical of all dishwashers - but they offered to send someone to check in person - he examined my dishes - confirmed, but made several suggestions - and left some products he recommended - I checked this out on the internet - the info the store and repairman gave was absolutely accurate. Following their advice solved the problem. I have already recommended them to friends- and have heard identical feedback of great experiences.
