Description of Work: Completely ruin and destroyed my AC. Report them to BBB Georgia. At first give me price some around 192$ by Jody, then I got call from Kip , not polite guy and he pressure me to give him my credit card number - before work done. OK, I paid, after 3 days of work compressor was completely destroyed, and burned out. And they asking me to pay AGAIN over 1000$ to fix it People run away from them, i will not recommend this company at all! And here is letter from Kip- owner or whatever Here is what happened. We went on a no cool call, found the reversing valve defective & replaced it. 1 week later we got a call for a noise. We went and found the compressor making mechanical noises. The compressor is defective & must be replaced. It is unfortunate this equipment is giving such trouble, but the first repair is in no way responsible for the second repair.The best repair now is to replace the outside condensing unit. The price is $2595 & I will give $300 discount ( reimbursement as you call it, to fully show we stand behind our work... even though the 2 repairs are not related ! ) If you don't replace the outdoor unit you can replace the compressor only for $1360.
