Excellent work, performed on schedule, in 2 days.

After a rough start with Mr. Casebier having surgery and the equipment not coming in on time, he had everything installed and ready to go in two days. He is very knowledgeable and more important practical. He has a great deal of common sense and was very nice. He cleaned up after himself and was polite and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better guy to help with the sinks.

Bob Casebier is just as busy as every other renovation expert but he not only called me back, he actively worked beside us the whole way! He made cost saving recommendations and we could not be happier! Bob gets St Marks Episcopal Church's HIGHEST approval for a job well done!

I initially contacted Bob Casebier via text message. A friend said that he had done work on their house and they were very pleased and gave me his number. He returned my call quickly and asked for pictures of the damaged window as well as pictures of another window in my home for comparison. He said he didn't want to put in a piece of wood fresh from the lumberyard that did not match the rest of the home (he brought a piece of heart pine that matched the color of other windows in my home). When he arrived to do the repair he had everything ready to do the job quickly and completely. He was very pleasant and polite as well as the workers who were with him. I am pleased with the job he did as well as what he charged.

Mr. Casebier did an incredible job. He is a contractor who approaches the job with a professional attitude but he is willing to take the time to establish a rapport with his customer so that they feel comfortable in discussing options that arise during the renovation process. I don't know of another company that has a name that is more true to their capabilities like the Whole House Doctor. There really isn't a limit to the jobs he can tackle for you - from small to large! It is important that you can be flexible in your timeline. As with any contractor you would deal with in the construction/renovation business, there will be delays. These delays are not necessarily caused by the contractor but by many factors such as weather, vendor supply problems, staffing issues. I would say that I would rather deal with an adjusted completion time BUT know that I have quality work being done than to have someone else rush through the job.

He arrived with his crew when he said he would. Worked as quietly as possible installing tile I had purchased. Prior to do the work he had come by to determine the grout needed and size of the room. Gave his professional input on color grout. Upon completion he cleaned up the area where you couldn't tell anyone was there, other than the work.

Bob was fantastic. I was skeptical at first because his quote came in much lower than others around town, but once I saw his work I was blown away. Every job I've had him do has been perfect. He is punctual and a pleasure to be around. He has done so much around my house from the biggest to the smallest projects. He is the best!

We moved to St. Simons Island in late December 2015 and were looking for a good all purpose handyman to help us with some projects on our new home. I found The Whole House Doctor ? Bob Casebier on Angie's List. I was a bit skeptical at first as I had read some of the older Angie?s List reviews in which former customers had been less than satisfied, but was impressed by the fact that ?Dr. Bob? (as I later began to affectionately call him) had a reasonable and persuasive reply to each concern expressed on Angie?s List. My list of demands for Dr. Bob began with labor intensive items that I knew I was not capable of performing, to include the removal and exchange of new sinks and propane stoves (which replaced the house?s old, worn-out electric stove) to the complete re-tiling of our master bathroom shower, which needed to be re-done because of leakage and grout issues. Later, as I began to know and trust Dr. Bob and his workers, they began to expand based upon the vision I had for the home and the fact I knew I was dealing with someone who could not only do the work much better than I could, but who could also complete it in a cost effective and efficient manner. At each step in these various repairs and upgrades, I was not only impressed by Dr. Bob?s strong work ethic, organizational abilities, and repair skills, but also by his vision and originality of thinking in recommending courses of action that I had not even considered. For example, after a lifetime of living in a house without a garage or workspace, my husband demanded he be allowed to have a store bought work table. Understanding the desire for a work space, Dr. Bob simply assembled one out of items he already had readily available and did it in a manner that cost less and provided more workable space than the store bought work table my husband purchased (and which I later returned!) Invariably, the recommendations Dr. Bob made and the manner in which he made the modifications and repairs improved upon what I had originally envisioned and cost significantly less than the manner I had originally proposed.On another occasion, Dr. Bob noted an old play set in the backyard that had not been well maintained and which we were considering chopping up with a chainsaw and throwing away. Dr. Bob saw the potential for the set and described for me what he would do with it. Collaborating together, we developed a plan that not only improved the safety features of the playset, but added additional items to it and the rest of the backyard (such as a widened slide, monkey bars, pull-up bars, peg board, and improved swings) that has made it the envy of our neighborhood. As one of my children recently told me, ?Our whole backyard is a playground!? A person with less vision would simply have listened to what the customer wanted and gone the easiest route. Dr. Bob listened to my concerns, understood the underlying concept, and provided an imaginative solution that ended up being multiple times better than what I had originally proposed.Dr. Bob is a thoroughly caring and conscientious builder. He knows his reputation is at stake in every job he performs or for which he is in charge. This sense of pride and orientation to detail is best exemplified by a situation I found myself in one morning when I noticed a leak in one of the pipes that was unrelated to the work he had been performing. Dr. Bob listened to my concerns, then came out to the house that morning, discovered the source of the leak (which had been caused by HVAC workers not associated with his company) and fixed the leak immediately. Had he not done so, the flooring of our house would have suffered several thousand dollars in damages and the new carpeting we had just spent a considerable amount of money to have laid would have been destroyed.Dr. Bob is an excellent communicator and is easily capable of sketching out ideas and explaining them so that I am able to quickly and easily understand what he is planning to do. He is a very safety conscious contractor who always keeps the welfare of my children at the forefront of any project he?s building for them. He is both professional and thorough, showing a great sense of dependability and mastery of multiple different home contracting disciplines, from carpentry, to plumbing, to electrical issues. I plan to utilize The Whole House Doctor/Dr. Bob in the future to install a patio and an outdoor fire pit, as well as construct storage benches in our playroom. Based upon his past performance, I have no doubt that the finished products will be as impressive and well-constructed as all of the projects that have preceded it.In short, I can say without hesitation that he is a one-stop handyman who is capable of creating and doing anything a client can think of. I unequivocally recommend Bob Casebier/The Whole House Doctor for any and all of your handyman and household contracting needs in the St. Simons Island and Brunswick area.

After coming out to give us the estimate he told us it would be a month before he could get to it. We didn't mind so we waited. Once a month past we called him and each week he gave us more and more excuses to why he couldn't come out till he quit answering our calls all together. Not only did he cause more damage to our house then not fix it but because of him we now have to reside the when house! I do not recommend him to anyone.

Numerous no calls and no shows. Had me and my family waiting for nothing. Rescheduled 3 times in the same day and missed all appointment times.

Bob has always done an amazing job for me. He is very thorough, and takes the time to do the job right. I have used Bob several times for various repairs. The first job was for a leaking roof, which he determined to simply be a small separation in the trim around a dormer where rain would blow into and then run down the inside of the trim. The repair was quick and easy, and a lot less expensive than what I was fearing. Bob has also replaced a steel entry door, fixed irrigation plumbing, repaired a badly sagging gate, and a few other odd jobs for me over the years.

Very nice. Even came out after hours and the next day. The light messed up again and he wasn't going to charge me anything but I did pay for the parts.

We moved to Georgia and did not know anyone in the are. Bob had a good review on Angie's List so we decided to give him a try. The first project he did was refinish wood floors we had in the bedrooms, living room and dining room. We were so happy with his work that we asked him to gut our bathroom and re-do the whole thing. Bob knew we were on a tight budget and he saved us some money by using stuff he had in his shop and was able to save the tub for us which saved a lot. We were so happy with his work that we asked him to put up a wood privacy fence. We have dogs and Bob had a challenge to put the fence up with no gaps in the bottom but yet still make the top flow. Bob did an excellent job!! The last job we asked Bob to do was to gut the kitchen and re-do it. He did an excellent job like the rest of the other work. Bob will try to save you money any time he can. He will fix little things he sees wrong while he is working. And every job he did for us he did them right. He did not cut any corners. And most importantly, we had some tight deadlines for the bathroom and floor refinishing. Bob met them all, even if he had to work late or on days he had not planned. We were very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone. (in the approximate cost of service I put in $35.00, that is per hour).

Mr. Casebier did an exceptional job! He is a very hard worker and my husband and I are very satisfied with the work! He was always truthful, courteous, and respectful in our personal interactions. After contacting him by phone he came by our home to do an evaluation in a matter of only a few days. He then presented us with a written estimate. Later when we hired him to do the work he presented us with a written contract the that he, my husband, and I signed. The work was done exactly to the contract, only deviating a bit when the county inspectors notated a couple of adjustments which had to be made in order to ensure the work met county codes. The cost difference in the adjustments were minor only amounting to around $500.00. Mr. Casebier was always quick to respond if we had a question regarding any of the work being done. He also made sure to check with us on a regular basis to make sure the work was being done to our satisfaction. All bills for the work being done were submitted in writing and according to the contract. Also the time frame of the project was completed as initially quoted.

Called this company to get the roof cleaned. He did come out and look at the roof. Said he would come back that week and give me an estimate and perform the service the following week. Never called back, no estimate, nothing. Common courtesy would dictate that if you can't do the job, you would call and say sorry, no thanks. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

Mr. Casebier was courteous and professional. He completed the tasks in a timely manner. His craftsmanship was impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job done.

I decided to move instead of repair existing home. But Mr. Casebier was very reasonable in his estimate and had I decided to repair the house, I would have used his services. When I asked him to pressure wash the house, he was there the next day and when I came in from work all was complete and cleaned up. Yes I would gladly use TWHD again.
