I've used Boatright and Associates for a rental property for the last 7 years. They installed the heat pump by Lennox and have kept it up ever since. Whenever there has been a issues with the thermostat or attic fan, they have been there to maintain it.

They did not charge for the duct work.

We called, got an estimate, they came, looked, did the work and left. Service was prompt, complete and we did not feel "ripped-off". My husband is retired from working in the heating and air industry for 35 years, so he knew that these people knew what they were doing.

surpassed our expectations.

After realizing that several years had passed since my heating/ac unit and system had been installed and I hadn't had a overall check of my system since then I called Boatright & Associates (they installed the unit and system) and requested an appointment for service. The lady who answered the phone was nice and professional. A service rep, Keith, came the very next morning. He was courteous and went to work right away. He had to access my attic and I let him know that the light bulb up there had burned out. I explained I hadn't changed the bulb yet because I was nervous about walking across the attic to get to the light fixture, but I got him a flashlight that he could use. He offered to change the light bulb for me so I got him a replacement bulb. After replacing the filter and looking over the heating/ac unit Keith told me everything looked fine and gave me some advice on how to keep the system running efficiently. Keith accomplished his work quickly, his manner was friendly but professional and I appreciated the small gesture of changing the light bulb in my attic. In the future, I will count on Boatright & Associates to keep my heating/ac system in good working order.
