A STEP BEYOND HOME REPAIRS

He was on time, courteous. Neat in appearance. He cleaned up all the mess. This guy is a perfect 10.

I called on friday afternoon explaining that someone had broken into a rental property of mine and needed the front door replaced. We set up a time and he met me at the property, explained what he would to, when he would start, and gave me a reasonable estimate would start as soon as we got the door. (to be ordered on saturday, by him). That was the last I heard from him. After leaving five messages for him on saturday I was forced to find another contractor. Today is monday afternoon, the door is in and I still have not heard anything from him.. Not good business.

We called him and talked to him about getting our dishwasher attached to our new counter top. The company that installed our counter top used wood shims and glue, but due to the steam from the dishwasher, it came unglued and the screws fell out. So Steve went to find a bracket and the best way to attach it. We didn't' hear from him for about 4 or 5 days, he apologized that he hadn't called, he had trouble finding a bracket, that there wasn't a bracket that he would have to glue it, so when we called him back to get him out to do the work, he hasn't returned our phone call. That was over a month ago.

He is an all around handyman. He can do everything, and is very detailed oriented and always will answer any questions you have about the work he is doing. I never have any problem when dealing with him. I have never had to have him come back to repair any of the work he has done, his work has always been perfect. I will continue to use him in the future.
