Greg was prompt, very friendly and a hard worker. The price included the cost of the nice quality faucet. My only negative is that I was told I would receive a senior discount on up to $500 of service but was denied that discount because and quot;the job went over $500!and quot; I must admit to feeling deceived, as this small discount was one of the reasons I chose to use Todd's plumbing. I am still hoping they will refund this $50, not because I necessarily need the money, but because I was told I would receive it. A company built on clear communication and strong principles would honor this.

Called out to fix leaking faucet, and was fixed after cutting two holes in my bathroom wall. The faucet starting leaking within 2 months after service reported. I called back to inform of the problem and was told it would be an additional 75.00 for coming out . I think the work I paid for should be guaranteed for 2 months. I called out another plumber and paid 100.00 and the faucet no longer leaks.

Todd's Plumbing was called the day after our toilet overflowed on the recommendation of a friend who couldn't unstop the toilet. Todd's wasn't able to unstop the toilet with a 100' snake but was able to diagnose the problem as roots in our pipes. They were willing to do the job but needed a backhoe which was tied up on another job for a week. Since we couldn't wait that long they recommended another plumbing company. They did come on time and did their best to rectify the problem

Todd's Plumbing did a really good job replacing my water heater at a very fair price. They also provided me with good advice at no extra cost! I highly recommend their services to anyone that has problems with plumbing.
