This is a new home with a septic less than 3yrs. Not to familiar with my septic and the electrical pump. However, Sean and Ty never advised that due to an electrical outage the pump was not functioning and requesting an extension cord was to ascertain another power source in order for the septic pump to do its job would be the resolution to the backup. Yet, $200.00 later feeling taken and miseducated by Sean and Ty who took advantage of the entire ordeal only makes me know to review the situation through youtube.com 1st before seeking outside help.

They arrived earlier than scheduled and pumped both septic tanks in an hour. Work was done efficiently and clean up was great! The price was reasonable; we will hire again.

We really liked the two guys. Very nice and really did a good job and did not make a mess in our yard. They didn't dig up our yard bad just enought to get the lid off. I would highly recommended this company!

Rylander showed up on time and completed the job quickly and very professionally. The workers were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. After the septic was pumped, you could not even tell they d been there. Great job at a great price. I heartily recommend this company.
