Very poor owner follow up with issues. I emailed Sam about my issues over 3 weeks ago. He never responded. Lack of crew supervision while they did the work. Can't speak to crew as they don't speak English. Wish I had gone with my previous contractor. I do not recommend.

I made contact with Hearn landscaping through home advisor. Even tough Mr. Hearn was busy with other projects he made time to fit my project in because it was important I had it done before a big party at my house. In my experience a lot of contractors say one thing and do not follow up. Hearn landscaping exceeded my expectations in their work, and there customer service is top notch. The crew that did the work at my house was hard-working and respecfull which is very important to me because I have young children a wife at home. I recommend them to anyone that needs work.

Had part of lawn re-sodded kwith Zoysia. Did a good job at a fair price.

Along with a covering of new black soil and zoysia sod received GRUBS that I have been unable to eliminate. GRUBS are only in the newly sodded area, have never had GRUBS before but Hearn says its not his problem. Have applied 2 different products to no avail. GRUBS destroy the root system. Please tell me how to rid my new sod of them.

Had a retaining wall built. Excellent value, extremely skillful workers, great follow-up to ensure satisfaction. They went above and beyond what was expected from them.
