Description of Work: We have submitted a report under the landscaping category on this company. This report concerns they work they did for us on the interior of our home. Advantage Services (Victor Jimenez) took on the job of renovating this home we had purchased from a bank after it had been foreclosed. They pressure washed the house, pool cage,pool area and roof. They prepared the exterior for painting including sealing the cracks in the stucco, pained the stucco with two coats of paint, painted the pool deck, patio and front deck with two coats of high quality paint. They prepared the interior wall of this 2,200 sq. foot home by repairing all damage. They cleaned and then painted the ceiling and all walls and the trim. They repaired the garage ceiling and painted it and the floor. They replaced the missing sliding glass door with french doors, and two missing outside doors with custom made doors. They replaced the damaged screens on the "Florida Room" and replaced several undamaged screens with privacy screens. They removed all the vertiacal blinds and replaced them with venician blinds. They installed new toiled seat, installed a new garbage disposal unit, uncloged bathroom drain, re-caulked all counters in bathrooms and kitchen. They replaced damaged kitched and bathroom faucets, installed new shower heads, shower curtains and rods and many small items that were discovers as the work progressed. Victor found us a contractor to do work for which he was not qualified, a very good company that replaced all the carpets in the house, a company to repair the airconditioning and one for the swimming pool. He even found someone to repair the garage door.

Description of Work: We purchased a home that had been a foreclosure. The lawn had been totally destroyed, as had all the landscaping. Advantage Services did a truly outstanding job. They removed all the dead grass, repaired and adjusted the sprinkler system, installed new sod, cut and removed the dead landscaping, trimmed the shrubs that could be saved, pruned a large tree, planted a new double queen palm and a substantial number of plants. They were completely reliable, very professional and completed the job on time and on budget. We could not have been more pleased.
