5 stars isn t enough to describe the value in terms of price, quality and overall service. Extremely knowledgeable, honest and timely service. Austin has a lot of experience in the industry and delivered results at a price that is fair and far better than I could expect from the large companies you always hear on the radio. Bottom line, he got my problem solved even when some things popped up we weren t expecting. I strongly recommend Go 2 Comfort and would work with them again.

Austin is fantastic, he went above and beyond to detect my issues with the heating system and fix them. I will definitely use him to do maintenance on both my heating and cooling systems going forward. When you hire him, make sure you ask which other things he can do because he seems to be able to do it all.

Austin is fantastic! He was quick to respond and diagnosed our original problem with ease- which required other specialists. He even recommended a wonderful contracting service to help with the issue he diagnosed. A couple days later we ran into another problem with the HVAC. Austin answered the phone on a Sunday morning and was able to come out the next day. He then helped diagnose and solve the issue which was more electrical related than HVAC. He left and my husband realized he forgot to ask about something else but when we called he was able to turn around and come back. He created a solution to a mediocre HVAC install (done before we moved in) and caught another issue that could have done some real damage if left unfixed, all for a very reasonable price. Austin is without a doubt our go-to HVAC guy from now on!

My furnace had a minor issue, but it was on New Years Eve. Austin responded quickly and came out within 40 minutes and fixed the issue quickly. He explained the problem and what he did to fix it. It was an all around good experience on a day that many companies weren t even working.
