ENVIRO CLEAN

Enviro-Clean is a husband/wife team (owners) and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. We were surprised at seeing some of the undesirable stuff that was removed from our HVAC ductwork that was deposited by previous owners and the original construction workers - in addition to animal hair, dust and dirt that we contributed over the years. I gave them an A rating on all categories except price (B). But I need to clarify that the price we paid was not unreasonable considering the effort, detail of work and time spent by Dwayne and Shannon. It's just one of those things you need to do, but you have nothing to "hold onto" after writing the check (but we are bound to breathe better). Don't fall for any low ball price offers on duct cleaning - you will not get a thorough job - this was a 5-6 hour job done right. I would recommend Enviro-Clean to anyone.

Everything went well without any surprises, with exception to the amount of lint that came out of the dryer vent. This maintenance was well overdue. The service and fees were explained to me in detail before I made the appointment. After all the work was done the fees did not change one bit. Dwayne and Sharon Camp do a thorough job of cleaning the ducts, vents, furnace blower, coils, and dryer vent. They pay attention to every detail and are happy to describe what they are doing and why. I appreciated the quality of their work and their professionalism.

I rated them an A but A++ is a better rating. They cleaned all the registers and returns. Then, Dwayne thoroughly cleaned each flex register line as far as possible, as well as each return. Going through our furnace, reverse pressure was used to clean each of the lines of all debris, dust, pet dander, toys from previous residents, etc. it took about 5 hours. Additionally, at no extra charge one flex over had been torn when the drywall was installed (just internally no leaking air), and Dwayne applied aluminum tape to close the tear. Further, Dwayne cleaned up the furnace and added posts, so the filter doesn't move when the air conditioner or furnace turn on. For the general work Dwayne and Shannon both did, the price was very fair. But, the extra work put in exceeded expectations and price. The knowledge and care put forth by Dwayne and Shannon was exceptional and well above any industry we have worked with.

From the time the couple arrived, they were very friendly and polite. As they set up their equipment, they were careful not to dirty up my apartment in the process. Dewayne and Shannon, the owners, were very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They own a nice Van with HEPA filters, that does a professional job of suction and sanitation. Dwayne cares about the work he does. He is certified to disassemble and clean the whole inside of the Furnace motor. Awesome. I have allergies, and when they got through, I could breathe like I haven't been able to in my apartment for 3 yrs now. One of the previous tenants was a chain smoker inside the apartment, and even though they painted and put in new carpet before I moved in, I still was getting sick when I used the A/C. I could smell nicotine at various times. Now, after 5 hrs, I do not smell the nicotine! The Air vents and ducts were filthy and had not been cleaned in 17 years. I would highly recommend ENVIRO CLEAN.

I met these folks when they were called in to deal with the smoke and dog hair laden ducts of my parents. I was impressed with their gentle, friendly manner, and their professionalism & patience in answering my many questions about their work. The smell and circulation of air in their house was much improved by their service. I took their information against need since it is always good to find folks who do good work. Several months later, we both noticed an increase in allergic reactions during periods of heavy rain and reasoned mold as a likely cause. We called Enviro-Clean out and they scheduled us just after the new year began. They showed up right on time, asked to be given a tour of the house so as to locate all vents, returns, and the furnace. Once they knew where their work sites were, they began unloading their truck and setting up equipment. They spent the better part of the day scrubbing, vacuuming and treating to reduce the accumulations of a house built 59 years ago. They partly disassembled the furnace to clean it and we've noticed it runs more quietly which is a nice bonus since it sits underneath our feet in the room where we spend most of our time. We are very happy. As they were departing, they talked to me about some loose ducts and other related issues with our ventilation system. I have asked them to work me up a price to make repairs, though this outside their line of work. They agreed and I'm looking forward to hearing from them.
