Inspections included both the below foundation and above structure including the roof system. William Payer is experienced in wood. steel, concrete and concrete block. Through MS2, Inc. (a fabrication, erection firm owned by William Payer) William (Bill) Payer has designed and then built 170 light gage structures. Knowledgeable, helpful, personable, prompt and punctual. He called me when he was on the way to my house. He gave me advice on what to watch for in the repairs and will go over the insurance coverage when it is available.
