Description of Work: Had hard time trying to communicate with the company. Too much time in between emails (took over 3 weeks to get estimate).

Description of Work: Called the service provider to discuss project. E-mailed pics and floor dimensions of the bathroom and hallway. Contractor informed me that he would follow-up the following week (week of June 23). Have not heard from service provider. Sent an e-mail to service provider June 25/26 to acknowledge his receipt of information forwarded to him. Still no response.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for $199 for $600 Worth of Flooring Materials, Installation, Refurbishing. They initially reached out to me, we began corresponding. Then they stopped communicating with me to finish getting scheduled.

Description of Work: Let me start off by saying the quality of work performed was excellent, the guys worked hard and were clean cut. Here is the problem I had, I bought a package that was supposed to be "Contractor for a week". I was told I would get 2 people, 10 hours/day for 2 days (40 hrs). The first day the workers arrived at 9:30 and left at 6:30 with an hour lunch break (16 hrs). the second day they came at 10:00 and left at 7:00 with an hour break (16 hours). Chris came the next Monday for a check for the supplies he had purchased. I asked when someone would come out to finish the job I was told they were finished. When I asked about the time discrepancy Chris said the guys spent time shopping for supplies. OK, but 8 hours of shopping??? I wrote Chris a check for the supplies he had purchased (I asked for receipts but he didn't have any) and reluctantly he agreed to have someone come out to finish later that week. The finish work was swapping out 2 exterior light fixtures and a little exterior trim paint that would have taken an hour, two at the most. After 2 weeks I finished the work myself and after 5 weeks I still haven't heard back.

Description of Work: Sunroom addition. Skill Touch framed the walls and roof, and laid the roof foundation (flashing and felt). They also wrapped the new room. It is now ready to install windows, insulation, siding and interior finish. The new room is 18.5 ft x 14 ft,and includes 8 windows and an exterior door. The work was excellent. I contracted for 40 (man)hours and received the work over 2 days. It has rained (hard!) twice since and the room is solid and dry. I built the raised deck and will finish the room myself, but Skill Touch saved me weeks of work with their fast, excellent framing and roofing. Kudos to Chris and his crew.

Description of Work: I used Skilltouch. It was a big project. They did a bathroom remodel, painting, and carpet replacement. Cost also included new sink, cabinetry, and toilet.

Description of Work: Skilltouch performed a range of repairs and additions that included: 1) Removed old deck 2) Built new screened in porch with fans and tiled flooring 3) Replaced a door and repaired a door 4) Repaired brick stairs and filled cracks in other brick mortar areas 5) Installed new sidewalk off of new screened in porch.

Description of Work: Total expenditure was just under $10,000 which included tile, fixtures, paint and granite . Chris suggested sources for the tile, paint and granite and we ended up using all three as they were both price competitive and very good to work with. We were especially pleased with Chris's suggestions as they were money saving and made for a better overall job. His attention to detail is another reason for our recommendation.

Description of Work: Complete remodelling of a Master Bathroom. Design, demo, construction.
