Description of Work: Got name out of local directory but charged 400 to replace a bladder tank on hot water heater. Never use them again as he was arrogant.

Description of Work: Water service line was leaking and Roberts Plumbing gave me a quote for replacing the line. However, as they started digging, they discovered the leak was just a single hole in the line. They repaired the leak instead of replacing the line, saving me approx $1400. Brad was the plumber and he was excellent- professional, friendly, and informative. Would definitely recommend them to a friend. Very pleased.

+ 0 moreWe were told that we had water pouring out down the street from the water main by a neighbor. Called Braselton Water Dept and they came out within 30 minutes. Water Dept turned off the water and advised us that the break was on "our side" of the water connection we needed to call a plumber. I went in the house and Googled Plumbers in Braselton .Roberts Plumbing was listed along with being a member on Angies List. I called the number and within 20 minutes they were at my house!!!! I was so shocked and relieved that they arrived that fast. I was told over the phone the hourly rate and service call amount and that is what I was charged. Nothing thrown in as "extras". Water dept told Brad from Roberts Plumbing where they thought the break was and Brad dug in and found it. Fixed the repair and was done within a hour. Very professional. I will use them again.
