We can provide Boundary Surveys, Topography Surveys, as well as Site Plans for county Environmental Health Department, Residential Drainage Plans, Erosion Control Plans, House Location Plans, all As-builts, FEMA Certifications, and all required staking. With nearly 40 years of experience in the Metro Atlanta area, we can assist you with any sort of house or land plan you may need.

Very efficient and experienced team. Once we sat down to look at some property I could tell I had made a very good choice. Both Matt and Kevin are not only professional but passionate about this type of work. Things did not take long at all. From start to finish it was much shorter than I expected. I will definitely use them again if needed and couldn't recommend a local business more.

Called to have my 1/2 acre property surveyed and marked so I can put up a privacy fence, and they said they will get back to me the next day. 3 days went by and no quote. So I called again and a guy said $800. No thanks. Poor communication and unprofessional.

Billy, We apologize for dropping the ball and getting you your quote later than expected. We are a small family business, and in June we lost a family member in his 30's to colon cancer. Matt was out for about 2 weeks, and more than likely this is why we were late in getting back to you. Again, we apologize for the late response but given the circumstances, something was bound to fall through the cracks.
