Their skill set and experience really shone through since they were able to properly diagnose the problem and establish a resolution within minutes instead of hours. I would have gladly paid double to have this problem resolved so I could go on about running my business.

We are a small business with a variety of networking and computer needs. We have to deal with a lot of large IT companies on a semi regular basis, but we do not have an IT professional on staff. We engaged Miller is IT to handle all of our technology needs on an as needed basis. Patrick and Eric both have years of experience to save us time and money in finding a 5 minute solution to a problem that would have taken us significantly longer to fix. Knowing that they are both just a phone call away no matter what the issue is has provided us with peace of mind. It is also nice to know that no project is to small or big for their help. We are very happy with the service provided by Miller is IT and look forward to continuing our relationship with them into the future.

So thankful for Erick and his services!! After calling company after company and repeatedly being told "sorry we can't help you" for the type of machine & service we needed assistance with, I finally found Miller IT. Within minutes, possibly even seconds I received a response from Erick Miller. He not only offered to help, but he even went to the extent to say he would do the diagnostic for free and would provide a price before he did anything further. He did exactly as he said and refused to quit on a challenging issue when all of the other network specialist couldn't handle our companies tech challenge.
