+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service we received from Brad and his company. I have the motion sensor coverage we need during long trips away, a monitoring service at a very reasonable price that allows rapid but complete control from anywhere in the world via internet access, and a fire detection system that ties into the monitoring system. The company's price, including standard equipment, wiring, special equipment, installation, setup and one year's worth of monitoring with enhanced control capabilities, was great, and the service and support was excellent, even though it was provided by email rather than in person as would normally be done. My realtor told me that Brad and his staff were hardworking and conscientious people, and not only did that prove to be true, but they are also very knowledgeable and competent.
Description of Work: I bought a new house in Arcade. Since it is our retirement home and we plan to do some traveling, I wanted a home security system that would protect the house for long periods while we were away, as well as providing standard protection while we are home. I was referred to Brad Long through a recommendation from my realtor. I had to set everything up from my current home from California and could not be there for the estimate or the work, so I really needed someone I could trust. Brad understood our requirements immediately, picked up on my idea about using motion sensors, and explained some features that would allow me to control the system from far away that I didn't even know existed. He arranged to visit the house for an estimate as soon as the real estate transaction closed, and from the time I gave him the go ahead, he ordered the parts and had everything installed and running within 3 days.
