The service tech Pedro that came to my house was friendly and professional, he worked around my crazy schedule and completed the job in good time. He even cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Ben Franklin Plumbing will be my go to place for my plumbing needs.

Really great customer service. The two guys that came out were so nice. They did a great job. Not too expensive. I would definitely use this company again if i needed a plumber again.

I was told on the phone there would be a minimum of $35 to make the house call, but the $35 would be applied to any work done. The tech said no, it was a separate fee. We finally agreed and the $35 was applied to the work done. The phone rep and the staff should be in agreement on that policy and not put the customer in an awkward position.

Quick work, did a good job. Service tech took extra time to answer my questions and educate me as a consumer.

Very prompt and efficient, did a good job fixing my problem along with replacing other connections that may cause problems in the future at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use this company in the future if problems occur.

Pedro was fantastic. Super personable and very professional. I was shocked at how knowledgeable and proficient he is at such a young age. If we have any future plumbing needs, we will ask for Pedro to do the work.

Plumber arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Diagnosed the leak at a connection a couple feet up from the water meter in the yard. Completed repair in about an hour. It's been 4 weeks and no issues. I can recommend them for the quality of their work and excellent customer service. However, I thought the price was high ($680) for the work that was done and supplies used.

1 plumber and an assistant arrived on time to repair leaky toilet and disconnected drain stopper. Discovered leak due to over-tightened drain collar. I thought prices were extremely high for the work. Quoted price of $350+ to replace flush system, so they replaced gasket and float arm. Work is guaranteed, which was fortuitous since they had to return the next day to solve leaking toilet.

Don't purchase there annual membership unless you first use them.
