I would highly recommend Garner and will definitely use them again for any other plumbing projects. Originally scheduled to come out in two days to replace the PRV, but they called me to say they were available immediately! Rogelio was great and even talked me through a more do-it-yourself job. The only thing that bothered me a little was the most costly option and the less costly option was mentioned only after I indicated the price might be too high. Otherwise, everything was great.

They r still here have worked diligently since their arrival. Showed us pictures of problems had to take toilet out to fix

Rogelio was fantastic! Timely, determined to figure it out problem , explained issues thoroughly and provided environmental solutions for maintenance- pricing was fair. Will use again for sure!

Plumber did not try to sell unnecessary service or parts. Recommended best value and option to fix the problem. Made accurate recommendations and even allowed us the option of buying the parts ourselves and paying him to install so we could avoid the extra level of markup.

They were unable to fix the problem, even though they made two attempts. Obviously, the repair people are not competent to work on our specific situation, but charged us $175 anyway. No offer of a refund. We had to get another plumber at additional cost to repair the problem.
