I had to work on the day after our water main broke. My wife said they were very polite and professional. They explained all aspects of the job and finished in a timely manner. The rate was reasonable and the work was top notch.

While I accepted the quote for the work to be done, I feel I was grossly overcharged for the actual work performed. Turned out to be a much simpler job than originally expected. So while they were on time and professional in their work, I would not recommend them to others.

Garner Plumbing came out the day we called and quickly completed the hot water heater replacement. Pedro was very knowledgeable, skilled, polite, efficient and reliable. I highly recommend them and would use their services again.

Courteous and knowledgeable

I had a leak under an upstairs toilet. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate, did the work, but the leak remained. So they came back the next day with different equipment and successfully completed the repair. They did not charge for the first day. Courteous and professional all the way. I highly recommend these guys.

The plumber was on time, very professional, talked me through what he was doing, quoted a fair price, and completed the work that day. Great work. Just a little expensive

Pedro and Deston from Garner Plumbing arrived on a Friday afternoon and immediately diagnosed and repaired my plumbing emergency. The cheap Moen kitchen faucet the contractor installed had a broken hose and was spraying water into the cabinet and under the floors on either side of the sink. They had a beautiful Delta faucet set on the truck which they installed quickly and then answered all my plumbing questions. Thanks guys!

Although they did not arrive during the three hour window (11:00 - 2:00), Kimberly called at 1:30 to tell me Pedro had had an emergency that morning and would be arriving in about one and a half hours. He (Pedro) arrived at 3:20 and corrected the clogged sink in short order. I would recommend Garner Plumbing because they kept me informed of the delay, the plumber was quite efficient and they were all very professional.

Everything on this small job went seamlessly, and the plumber that they sent out, Carlo, was knowledgeable, extremely easy going, and made my experience wonderful. Hiring a plumber is not cheap. To me, however I feel that ongoing preventative maintenance is crucial.
