It was great!

Didn't have a specific time scheduled but a 3 hour window. Was told they would call 30 minutes before arriving. No call but I was home. Very courteous and professional. Quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing I didn't like was the constant effort to up-sell.

Technician was very good. Had to solve a minor problem during the install which he did very promptly. Overall a great job.

Yes it is pricey but I also believe you get what you pay for.

i just thought the price they charged me for the PRV was outrageous considering the PRV at home depot costs $ 72 but they charged me for the PRV more than $ 300

They were not only punctual, but arrived within 45 minutes of my first contact with them. The servicemen were courteous, well-groomed and attentive. They identified the problem, gave me a quote on the spot and performed the work in an expeditious manner and cleaned up and then explained their work, asked if I had any questions and left. It was great!

They respond very quickly! We've used them since 2008 and have experience with them: they do a great job!

The cost of what was done was way to much. I was not told what I was looking at before the work was done. And when I call the office I was told one price and then when the work was do e I was told another

The serviceman has been to my house twice and the problem is still not fixed, I need this problem to be fixed immediately it is continually causing more damage to my floors. I have already paid a outrageous fee to fix this problem.

The plumber performing the work didn't know the local regulations & told me that the problem was in the city's portion of the line. After a call & trip out by the city, they informed the plumber & I that, per regulations, it was not the city's portion of the line. I was given 2 options by B Franklin that cost $2600 (dig up and replace the pipe) or $1500 (dig up the pipe and clear the line). I called another plumber (who is also on ServiceMagic with an excellent rating), had the problem fixed for $280. I still had to pay B Franklin $300 for NOT solving the problem. Don't use B Franklin unless you want to pay too much & receive bad service!!

They showed up on time during rush hour in Atlanta. That's amazing within itself. The tech Tim was well versed and took care of the problem in a professional manner. They have everything needed for plumbing on their trucks to get the job done fast. Good job guys!
