My technician had a bit of an entitled attitude, which I didn't appreciate.

Nice guy, decent work, a bit pricey but then who isn't now days. And less than a year later, they "don't have a record" of the additional work that had to be performed and will not honor the warranty on the leaking ball valve unless I can produce the receipt proving that I paid for additional work to be performed. IF you use them, keep very detailed records and receipts!!!

They were prompt and very knowledgeable. Also fixed some other issues we had and did a great job.

Ben was outstanding, took time to explain all options and details of the work he would perform prior to starting project. He arrived on time and left the premises in the same manner as he found them. Honest hard working individual that represented the company in a positive manner. Would gladly recommend this company and plan to keep them on file for any future plumbing needs.

Ben was excellent. He showed up as expected on time. He explained all of my options in detail and had answers to every conceivable question. I am thrilled with my water heater and the installation.

We had low water pressure on an upstairs shower that had progressively gotten worse. I thought it was in the valve body but when the plumber showed up, he said it was somewhere else and he was correct. It was the bladder tank in the basement - bladder busted and no longer pressuring water properly - was running around 35 psi instead of 60 psi. Plumber went out and bought a bladder tank, installed, cleaned up mess and we are back in business.

The serviceman was there on time, actually, a few minutes early. Assessed the situation and fixed the problem in a short order.

replaced PRV valve, but job cost was much to expensive.

I want to talk honesty, promptness, technical knowledge, and any aspect anyone would think about hiring a company for plumbing to include billing. If it were possible, I would give not 5 stars, but 10 stars + for being totally 100% professional. Chuck B.

Ben Franklin did not do the job. The technician charged me $35 to evaluate the problem and he gave me excellent advice. However, I decided not to use the service because the price was too high.

Hard to tell "value for your money" as no other quotes were compared. Seemed pricey however it is a "big name" company with that backing. I phoned with my problem in the early afternoon and it was resolved by dinner time. No doubt they are "punctual".

It was an emergency and thy had someone there in 30 minutes. Great customer service and quality work. Fixed a couple of other plumbing problems while they were there.

They sent out some young kid, tried to talk me into a way way overpriced repair, said I needed thing I didn't , and wanted me to signup for a maintenance plan before he wanted to do any work.

Very easy to work with. Excellent job.
