Misleading information. I was told over the phone that it was $35.00 to come out and advise me on the issue but when the contractor arrived at the house he advised me That is 35.00 for th visit and $65.00 to inspect.

Immediate response. Pedro was very knowledgable and professional. He answered all our questions and we appreciated him representing his company well. The work was completed promptly and efficiently. Our tech, Ben, was very professional, personable and also educated us about our plumbing issue. (We have a Gerber toilet & we were using the wrong size 'tank to bowl' gasket when installing our new flush valve.) We will definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing of Braselton again.
