After many years as a customer we had no real complaints other than their terrible customer service. However, on June, 5, 2014 the company stopped their weekly service without warning or notice. When we called to ask why they began to harass us and belittle us. They told us there was a dispute with another neighbor and because of them they would no longer provide us services. The woman we spoke with was beyond rude and disrespectful. She even went as far as saying "why don't you just move"? Their prices are higher than that of other local sanitation services. We originally went with this company as we prefer to support local companies/families, but they have made us wish we never gave them a single penny.

Having moved from Gwinnett County this time last year, I needed to find a garbage collection service. After calling around, I found Garbage Hound, who offered the best rates with the best service. They have been very consistent in picking up both trash and recycleables. They consistently email reminders when holidays alter pickup schedules. When I have emailed questions to them, they have an answer back within 24 hours. I have appreciated their service enough to transfer my service to our new house we purchased and are now moving into. I initially paid 6 months in advance, and when the first 6 months expired, I paid for a year in advance. I would recommend them to anyone for their trash and recycleables services, especially if you are a supporter of the small business and family owned and operated businesses.
