 + -1 moreAdam responded immediately when I put in for a request for someone to give us an estimate. He came the very next morning at 8:25 for an 8:30 appointment. Very prompt! Then gave me an awesome quote and said I can even do today. That's one of the things that impressed me about him. He didn't put me on this long waiting list with no return calls like so many do. He and his crew came out and worked diligently in the cold, then it got dark, then was raining. He made sure that everything was completed as it should be and that everything was cleaned up properly. He, along with his crew were all very nice and as I watched them work I could tell that they worked as a team having each others back. What a great job Adam and I will be using you again and will tell everyone I know what an awesome job you do. Thanks for making this large task for us seem so easy after you and your crew arrived. We appreciate everything you did!!

 + -1 moreThe trees that needed to be removed were removed quickly but safely, including one that was next to my house's power line and propane tank. The very large oak branch growing over my house was removed safely without touching the house/roof. Michael and his crew were very easy to work with from the estimate through completion of the job. I will definitely be using Arbor Wise for my tree service needs in the future.
Description of Work: One dead 50' pine, one weakened 50' pine, one 40' oak growing too close to a power line, and one 20' oak needed to be removed; one LARGE branch growing over my house needed to be cut off a 50' oak; lower branches that were starting to grow too close to my house needed to be cut off another 50' oak.

Description of Work: Cut down 2 trees and trim several dead limbs. They did a good job, but could have been better. The first tree they cut down fell the wrong way and took out the electricity for the entire neighborhood for a few hours. They did talk with the EMC repair crew and took the responsibility for the error.
