Premier Chemdry of Middle Georgia

Found this company through Groupon. Bottom line, owner Jeff Jones and his team are SCAM ARTISTS. Not only did I pay him to clean my carpets, but after giving him cash, he concocted a reason why he couldn't complete the job on the date he was supposed to accomplish this, but he picked a date after I left the state to return to finish it. Once leaving the local area, I called him repeatedly from a multitude of different phone numbers. Each time I called from a new number he would answer initially and make an excuse why his team didn't show up and then he would duck every phone call from the same number. I threw in the towel, demanded a refund in which he assured me he would send but it never arrived. I hired a new carpet service to complete the job. Currently, this company and owner has been disassociated from CHEM DRY. Multiple better business bureau complaints on record against this company (including mine) and all have gone unanswered. I have since filed a fraud complaint with the Houston Co Sheriffs Dept. Jeff Jones has now changed the name of this company and is utilizing the Co name "Mid Georgia Restoration and Cleaning." Consumers be aware. V/R, Frederick Aldrich - Groupon was helpful and gave us a full refund of what we paid them. Still awaiting my refund from Jeff Jones though.

We were in need of having the carpets cleaned in our newly purchased home with a short turn around between the prior residents moving out and our move in. This company was quick to respond, less expensive than one group and more expensive than another. They were a bit late arriving but I received a call from the owner letting me know they were running late. They stayed until 7pm or so to get the job done so we could move in the next day. Nice people - felt comfortable with the workers who were here to do the job. Appreciated the owner's calls letting us know about the delay as well as following up to make sure we were satisfied.

The two young men who performed the service were on time, polite, and well-mannered. I received a phone call shortly before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. There was a definite improvement in the carpets once they had dried and I had a chance to vacuum them again. There was almost no dirt (just hair- we have three pets) in my vacuum which tells me that the carpets were clean. The reason I have the overall experience/quality a B was because they said it would take just a few hours for the carpet to dry, but it took almost 24 hours! That left us hopping around and tip toeing to avoid dirtying the carpet for a day and kept us from putting furniture back in its' place. I'm not sure if that is normal or not. Next time, I will schedule a morning appointment.

I have had my carpets cleaned multiple times by this company and they did a GREAT job. I have pets as well as foster pets so with that comes accidents on the carpet. With their special pet treatment the carpets smell wonderful with no pet odor left. Not to mention the carpets look good as new. The owner Jeff Jones is great and always tells me if there is ever a problem to call him. I had one stuborn stain once and he came out no charge and repeated the whole treatment again. I have used several other companies but Chem Dry by far is the best and I tell everyone one I know about them. Very happy!
