They employed a crew that consisted of some very young and inexperienced guys who seemed more interested in getting done quickly, than in doing quality work. A rainstorm hit two days after they completed the job; rain poured in around two skylights. I tried to contact the owner but no response and the interior of the room was soaked. He finally phoned back almost two days later and said he would take care of it. Two guys came out and set up a tarp over the skylights, but that was it. After repeated calls to the owner asking when it would be fixed, finally 10 days later he sent two guys over to fix the roof. They were only on the roof for 10 minutes; they merely put some caulking around the skylights and left 5 nails on the roof that had been holding the tarp down. Another rainstorm hit and rain poured in again. I called the owner back again; he apologized, said he was responsible and said he would take care of it himself (same thing he said the first time). After repeated attempts to contact him and leaving repeated messages I was forced to pay 560.00 to have the roof repaired. While the repairmen from P.A.P. were up there they pointed out that the roof ridge vents were of poor quality and were not properlyl installed (used a nail gun that forced the short 1.5 inch nails through the cheap plastic and had broken through); he said the standard practice was to hand nail the ridge vents with 3 inch nails. He could probably grab the ridge vents and pull them right off. Another certain repair in the future. Do Not use D&D Roofing!
Description of Work: D&D Roofing gave me an estimate that was 700.00 cheaper than other bids. I had them replace my entire roof on Sep 3rd, 2011.
