Water 911

I realized that I had water damage when I got up around 2:00 AM to use the restroom. I immediately turned the water off and called a plumber. While speaking with plumbing company, they advised me to call Water 911 as well, due to all the water damage. Water 911 arrived about 30 minutes after I called them. Jeff explained all off the work that needed to be done in a fashion to where I understood exactly what they were going to do to my home. They began work immediately and worked until the next afternoon, and completely finished the demolition and set up the biggest and nicest dehumidifiers and fans. They were very clean and curteous throughout the entire process. You could tell that Jeff, Wes, and John all really cared about my home and treated it with the love that it deserves! Water 911 was my representation and met with the adjuster to be sure that my house would be taken care of from a financial standpoint. They billed the insurance company directly for their services so that I didn't have to pay out of my own pocket. After 3 1/2 days, they were completely finished with drying my house so that mold would not grow! Robby recommended Reliable Restoration for the construction services and I will be writing a glowing review about those guys next! Both companies made a horrible situation as painless as possible! I highly recommend Water 911 to anyone with water damage to their home. Thanks Water 911!!
