+ -1 morework performed was terrible and had to be redone by another concern. These subcontractors didn't have the right tools. The ones I loaned them have disappeared.
Description of Work: Nottingham introduced me to several of his subcontractors to complete the job and do other work. Terrible experience with his workers or sub-contractors.

+ -1 moreKeenan is always professional and very polite. In addition to this project, he also installed an over the range microwave for us about 5 weeks ago. Last week, he did a fantastic job with removing our 20 year old drop-in range and replacing it with a new free standing range. Our counter and some lower woodwork needed to be cut. I am thrilled with the results and feel that he charged a very fair price. He is also very careful and cleans up completely when finished. If we ever decide to tackle any other projects, Keenan will be first on our list to call. I wish we had met him sooner!
Description of Work: Old drop-in oven was removed, counters were cut and refinished on the sides to accommodate a new free standing range. A new outlet was installed as well.
