It was done over a 2 day period that was separated by a week to accommodate my schedule. Everyone worked efficiently and were extremely pleasant and professional. The first day it poured rain and they continued to work in spite of the horrible conditions.

Scott set up the appointment and Jason performed the work. They're a great team. My home is located outside their usual service area but they made it work for me and I'm grateful. Overall, it was a job well done!

Scott Patterson is great. He was recommended by someone I had used for years and who rarely gives recommendations. Everything I have had done by Best Home Services, both window cleaning and gutter cleaning, have been excellent.

Great service. Called me about a limb that was brushing the roof and offered to trim it while cleaning gutters. Very professional and trustworthy!

Scott was great. I contacted him through email (per his recommendation) and he responded to me very quickly. He was quite busy the week I wanted him to come, but he fit me in the schedule. He arrived on time and was very professional. He and Daryl did a great job cleaning the gutters and roof valleys and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use Scott in the future.

They found some loose shingles on my roof. They fixed them. I was surprised with that. The owner came out with a worker. They were pretty responsive. It was a busy time for them and they worked me into the schedule. They're pretty popular. Scott Patterson, the owner, he had a broken bone in his leg. He was out here running around on a knee cart keeping an eye on things. I was surprised by that. That impressed me. I plan on using him again.

Scott Patterson was very responsive to email inquiries and communications. Scheduling the work initially was challenging due to Scott's heavy workload, and was further hampered by an injury that he sustained to his ankle. The length of time it took to get me on his schedule is the reason I gave him a Punctuality grade of B rather than A. But I have no doubt he did his best to fit me in, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Once the work was scheduled, he and his team arrived promptly and the job was completed quickly and professionally. I admire his determination to supervise his team on the job despite being obviously hampered by his injury. Well done!

I was very pleased with the job. I will most likely have him return next spring to wash down my house and windows after the pollen mess is over. I noticed in some previous reviews that clients had some issues with reaching Mr. Patterson. I went with email, and he always responded within hours, so that may be the best way to contact him if you can, rather than by phone calls.

We began communicating again last week, and worked out an appointment for today. He called before he showed up, showed up when he said he would, and did a good job. No complaints on Scott, or his work. We just got off to a bad start communicating when I first contacted him, but once we got going, I was very happy. He did not push at all for me to give him a good review, or try to sell any other services to me. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing a gutter cleaning to use Scott at Best Home Services. He's worth the effort, so if you don't hear from him in the first few days after contacting him, try and contact him again. He does call, but I prefer email, since I don't always listen to VMs at my house, and prefer not to give out my cell. He also does pressure washing, and window cleaning. If I needed any of these services, I would not hesitate to contact Scott at BHS again.

Not sure how this company got such a high rating. I've called him twice now inquiring whether he comes to my area or not and have not received one phone call. If you don't come to my area that's fine just call me and tell me that. I have since called another company that seems very professional and will be doing the service next week.

I did not find Scott through Angie's List, but I wanted to share a review here anyway. I found him through word of mouth. I have used him twice to pressure wash the vinyl siding on my house and do the gutters. He does a great job, and has always arrived and completed the work in a timely manner. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing this service.

I got 110% service. I was expecting nothing more than gutter cleaning, but I got a repair and some good advice for free. I completely recommend this business.

Our experience working with Scott was excellent. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He worked without even a break for a full day. All work was done with extreme care and professionalism and we could not be happier. He is exactly what his company name states, the BEST.

It was great. Mike was very friendly and professional. It took him about 6 hours for the whole job to be done, but worked diligently the whole time. The windows look great. I'm very happy with the job he did.

We had just left to go out of town when he called. He did the job, left us the bill and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after himself.

I was very pleased. They did an excellent job washing my house and even got the gutters. I had neighbors asking me how my gutters got so clean. Real presentable. Looked more like a business man. He came out sooner than expected.

Everything went great. I was not present when he did actually clean our gutters and paint our chimney, but my husband checked out the work, and was home for part of the time he cleaned the gutters, and he said he did such a thorough job, much more thorough than the guy we hired last year. I found Scott's company on Angie's List and he emailed me very quickly with his offer to come by and make an estimate and leave the price for me. He estimated it at $135, and he's also licensed and insured, so for our 2 story house, that seemed very reasonable. We are really happy with the job he did, and he also left a receipt marking exactly what work was done and recommendation for repeating the cleaning once a year. (We have a lot of trees and the leaves falling get caught in the gutters on our roof, causing a lot of rain water build up). We highly recommend his services.

He adroitly maneuvered the ladder like it was an extra appendage rather than just a tool. All of the work was completed efficiently and pleasantly. He didn't mind that I followed him around to see what what he was doing.

I give Best Home Services a poor grade for one major reason. He came to my home to clean the gutters. I have security cameras that cover my property so I did not bother standing outside to watch him clean the gutters as it all is monitored on computers inside my home. When he finished I knew he did not do the high side of my house (I think it was because he did not bring a tall enough ladder). I specifically asked Scott if he did that high side and he looked me in the eye and said he did. After he left I reviewed my security cameras recordings and it shows him doing each part of the house but not the high side. So I would DEFINITELY not recommend this company as you cannot trust them to do what they say they will do. Since verifying if all gutters were clean is difficult for most homeowners, unscrupulous companies should be avoided. If you hire this company for gutter cleaning you better be prepared to go outside and watch them clean each side of the house. Update: Scott called and said he did clean that side of the house by accessing it from the roof. Since my cameras do show the roof also, not sure why it does not show him accessing that side of the house. So I cannot explain the descrepancy, however, Scott did return to my home while I was away and stated that he took pictures that he would email to me. I have not gotten in contact with him to see the pictures, but I assume if he went to the trouble of returning to the house and taking pictures, I guess the gutters must be clean. I would recommend in the future that when gutters are cleaned that a simple digital camera be used to take snapshots of the gutters to show the clients. This would avoid any confusion.

He emailed me right back and called to schedule an estimate. after I recieved the estimate i attemped to schedule an appointment for gutter cleaning and have called several times and have yet to get my gutters cleaned. I'll find someone else.
