Description of Work: They came a few days after initial call, dug to the septic tank, explained probable extra fee since one end of tank was over 18" deep, said manager would get back with us. He never did; when we called him, he sounded more like a used-car salesman and said he'd call us within a few days. Never heard back. We called Shamrock and they came right out with no extra fee.

+ -1 moreAbout like the first reviewer. I have quite a few inspections to arrange since I am using a VA loan. I called two days in a row to schedule an inspection, both days the person responsible for scheduling was out of the office. I was promised a call back to schedule both times. Only after the second day did I receive a return call four hours after my call. I had already arranged an inspection with Shamrock Septic who was able to come out same day.
Description of Work: I was looking to get an inspection on a septic tank at property I am looking to purchase.

Description of Work: We played phone tag a number of times. When we did connect, they made it clear that we were behind bigger jobs than just a septic tank check. Their availability was poor. We could not get them to quote a price for this.
